摘要
目的:研究临床护理路径干预在改善股骨胫骨折患者术后康复过程中的应用效果。方法:选取63例股骨胫骨折患者作为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=30)和研究组(n=33);对照组患者应用常规疼痛、心理等干预措施,研究组患者在对照组护理基础上实施临床护理路径干预。比较两组患者术后疼痛程度、心理健康水平变化及并发症发生率。结果:研究组患者术后第1、3、5天及出院时疼痛VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组SAS、SDS评分相较干预前有明显改善,且研究组比对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症总发生率9.10%(3/33)低于对照组30.00%(9/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径干预能有效改善股骨胫骨折患者术后疼痛程度,减轻机体疼痛,调节患者心理健康状态,降低术后并发症发生风险,值得临床推广。
Objective:To study the effect of clinical nursing pathways in improving postoperative rehabilitation of patients with femoral and tibial fractures.Methods:A total of 63 patients with femoral and tibial fractures were selected as the research object.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group(n=30)and the study group(n=33).The patients in the control group were treated with routine pain and psychological care.The patients in the study group were treated with clinical nursing pathways on the basis of nursing care.The changes of postoperative pain,mental health and complication were compared between the two groups.Results:The VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at the first,3rd and 5th day after operation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall incidence of postoperative complications was 9.10%(3/33)in the study group,which was lower than that in the control group(30.00%,9/30),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Clinical nursing pathways can effectively improve the postoperative pain in patients with femoral and tibial fractures,reduce the body’s pain,adjust the mental health of patients,reduce the risk of postoperative complications,is worthy of clinical promotion.
