摘要
目的探究依从性指导对股骨骨折患者的影响。方法选取2017年1月~2019年1月吉安市第一人民医院收治的60例股骨骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和实验组(n=30)。对照组应用采用常规康复护理模式,实验组在常规康复护理模式上进行依从性指导。分析两组护理前后依从性(按照要求频次完成锻炼、按照正确训练方法完成锻炼、按照训练种类完成锻炼、按照训练时间完成锻炼)评分、膝关节Lysholms评分、视觉模拟评分、并发症(肺部感染、深静脉血栓、压疮、便秘及关节僵硬等)发生率、满意度指标。结果两组护理前按照要求频次完成锻炼、按照正确训练方法完成锻炼、按照训练种类完成锻炼依从性评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组护理后按照要求频次完成锻炼、按照正确训练方法完成锻炼、按照训练种类完成锻炼依从性评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组Lysholms、满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组视觉模拟评分及肺部感染、深静脉血栓、压疮、便秘及关节僵硬等并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依从性指导可显著提高股骨骨折患者早期康复护理依从性评分、Lysholms评分、满意度评分,降低并发症发生率和视觉模拟评分。
Objective To explore the effect of compliance guidance on patients with femoral fracture.Methods Sixty patients with femoral fracture admitted to Ji′an First People′s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into control group(n=30)and experimental group(n=30)according to random number table method.The compliance of the two groups before and after nursing(according to the requirements to complete the exercise frequently,according to the correct training method to complete the exercise,according to the type of training to complete the exercise,according to the training type)were analyzed.Training time to complete exercise score,Lysholms score,visual simulation score,complications(pulmonary infection,deep venous thrombosis,pressure sore,constipation and joint stiffness,etc.),satisfaction and other related indicators were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in compliance score between the two groups before nursing,according to the requirements,according to the correct training method,according to the type of training,and according to the training time(P>0.05).After nursing,the patients in the experimental group completed the exercise frequently according to the requirements,completed the exercise according to the correct training method,and finished the exercise according to the training type,the scores of Lysholms in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).The visual analogue score of the femoral fracture in the experimental group and the total complication rate of pulmonary infection,deep vein thrombosis,pressure sore,constipation and joint stiffness were lower than those of the control group with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Compliance guidance can significantly improve the compliance score of early rehabilitation nursing in patients with femoral fracture,and Lysholms score,satisfaction score,reduce the incidence of complications and visual simulation score.
