摘要
目的 :了解含罂粟壳成分的强力枇杷露在马陆镇社区卫生服务中心门诊的应用情况,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法 :收集2017年1—6月马陆镇社区卫生服务中心门诊患者单用强力枇杷露的处方539张,对不同性别、年龄段的患者每日用药频次、每次剂量、日用量、总用量、使用天数及复诊用药情况等进行分析。结果 :用药患者以50~89岁年龄段为主(90.17%),复诊患者113例,其中仅45例(39.82%)患者的用药方式符合说明书要求。结论 :马陆镇社区卫生服务中心对强力枇杷露的使用基本合理,但仍存在用药剂量偏大、用药频次偏多等情况,中心应加强对含罂粟壳成分的中成药的监管。
Objective:To understand the application of Qiangli pipalu with poppy shell composition in Outpatient Clinic of Malu Community Health Service Center to provide the reference for clinical safety and rational use of drugs.Methods:A total of539prescriptions for Qiangli pipalu alone were collected in the Outpatient Clinic of Malu Community Health Service Center from January to June in2017,and the daily drug use frequency,each dose,daily dosage,total dosage,days of use and use of drug in subsequent visits for patients with different sex and age were analyzed.Results:The majority of the patients were the age group of50~89years old(90.17%).The number of subsequent visit patients was113,and only45(39.82%)patients were in accordance with the requirements of the instructions.Conclusion:The use of Qiangli pipalu in Malu Community Health Service Center is basically reasonable;however,there are still large doses of drugs and more frequent use.The center should strengthen the supervision of Chinese patent medicines containing the components of the Opium poppy shell.
