摘要
目的探讨优质护理对于脊柱结核患者康复效果和护理满意度的影响。方法选取2015年1月—2016年12月我科室收治的100例脊柱结核手术患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组患者进行常规护理,观察组患者给予优质护理,采用Barthel指数评估两组患者日常生活能力,使用调查问卷法评估两组患者护理满意度。结果干预后3个月,观察组Barthel指数分值显著高于对照组(P<0.01),护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论优质护理对于脊柱结核患者可明显改善康复效果,提升护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effects of high quality nursing for spinal tuberculosis.Methods100cases with spinal tuberculosis operation from from January2015to December2016were selected and divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=50)randomly.The control group was taken routine nursing and the observation group was taken high quality nursing.The ability of daily life and nursing satisfaction degree were evaluated and compared in the two groups.Results3month after intervention,the Barthel score and nursing satisfaction degree in observation group were significant higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High quality nursing can improve the rehabilitation effects with higher nursing satisfaction degree for patients with spinal tuberculosis.
