摘要
塔里木河流域洪水多是由暴雨或冰雪融水导致的。开展塔里木河洪水演进的研究有助于优化现有的塔里木河流域防洪预案,直接服务于汛期的防洪管理。通过收集大量文献资料,结合现有研究成果,针对塔里木河三源流(阿克苏河、叶尔羌河、和田河)洪水演进研究、塔里木河干流洪水演进研究等进行评述,提出了塔里木河洪水演进研究中需要关注的关键问题:(1)揭示塔里木河三源流及干流洪水演进规律;(2)构建塔里木河干流水沙演进数学模型;(3)提出塔里木河干流防洪安全与洪水资源利用协同调控模式。
The most of floods in the Tarim basin are due to rainstorm or glacial snowmelt.The research on the flood evolution of the Tarim River is helpful to optimize the existing flood control plans and directly serve the flood control management of flood season.Here,researches on the flood process from three headstreams(including the Akesu River,the Yarkant River and the Hotan River)and the mainstream of Tar-im River had been reviewed.Three keys which should be concerned in the research were put forward as follows.Firstly,the flood patterns from three headstreams and the mainstream of Tarim River should be revealed.Secondly,the mathematical model of water and sediment in the Tarim River will be constructed.Finally,the coordinated regulation between flood controlling and flood water considered as resources should be proposed.
