摘要
目的:研究丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合透明质酸修护生物膜治疗婴幼儿湿疹的疗效及安全性。方法:采用临床对照研究,将患儿分为治疗组96例,对照组96例。治疗组予以丁酸氢化可的松乳膏1次/d外用联合透明质酸修护生物膜2次/d外用,治疗7 d后停药;对照组予以丁酸氢化可的松乳膏1次/d外用,治疗7 d后停药。观察治疗后第1周及第2周的湿疹变化情况,并对其进行病情评估。结果:在第1周及第2周复诊时,对照组的痊愈率及总有效率均低于治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合透明质酸修护生物膜治疗婴幼儿湿疹比单独使用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏的痊愈率及总有效率均高。丁酸氢化可的松乳膏联合透明质酸修护生物膜在婴幼儿湿疹的治疗中可提高效果。
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of hydrocortisone butyrate ointment combined with hyaluronic acid repair biomask for infantile eczema.Methods:Using a clinical and comparative trial,infants with eczema were randomly divided into treatment group(96 cases)and control group(96 cases).Infants in the treatment group were treated with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment once a day and hyaluronic acid repair biomask twice a day.All of the therapies were discontinued after a week.Those in the control group were only treated with hydrocortisone butyrate ointment once a day,and the therapy was discontinued after a week.The changes of rash in the first and second weeks after treatment were observed and evaluated as well as the pathogenetic conditions.Results:The recovery rate and effective rate of the control group were all lower than those of the treatment group in the first and second weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of hydrocortisone butyrate ointment combined with hyaluronic acid repair biomask for infantile eczema is superior to the single use of hydrocortisone butyrate ointment.
