X线与CT在膝关节损伤患者临床诊断中的应用分析被引量：4

摘要目的分析X线与CT在膝关节损伤患者中的临床诊断价值。方法选取2015年1月—2016年10月我院收治的膝关节损伤患者133例,分别行X线与CT检查,将其骨折检出率进行对比,并分析两种检验方法对骨折的测量结果。结果 X线诊断浮膝骨折、交叉韧带损伤、关节腔积液、半月板损伤、髌骨骨折的检出率均显著低于CT和病理诊断结果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);CT和病理结果对比差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论膝关节损伤诊断中,CT诊断价值明显高于X线,对手术具有更重要的临床指导意义。
