摘要
受特殊的自然和历史原因影响,西藏不能照搬其他省市的小康标准,而是走出一条符合西藏区情的全面建成小康社会道路。当前,西藏正处在打赢脱贫攻坚战、如期实现全面小康的决战决胜阶段,对西藏建成小康社会的制约因素进行深度分析,发展不平衡不充分成为满足人民日益增长的美好生活需要的主要制约因素。以推进供给侧结构性改革作为建设小康社会的路径选择,统筹推进经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设、生态文明建设,确保西藏与全国一道实现全面建成小康社会。
Due to the special natural and historical conditions,it is not suitable for Tibet to adopt the standards of well-off in other provinces,but to create a road specific for Tibet to build the well-off society in all aspects.At present,Tibet is at the decisive stage of winning the war of poverty alleviation and completing the building of the well-off society as scheduled.With the in-depth analysis of the factors constrained the building of well-off society,it is found that unbalanced development has become a major constraint to meet the growing needs of the people.To guarantee that Tibet can achieve the well-off society on the same schedule as the whole nation does,it should choose the route to promote the structural reform of supply-side,and to overall promote economic construction,political construction,cultural construction,social construction and ecological civilization construction.
