摘要
针对消防栓阀杆在高水压工作环境下变形大、强度不足、应力分布集中等问题,提出一种高压消防栓的阀杆改进结构。建立消防栓阀杆改进结构的三维实体模型,运用ANSYS对阀杆进行静态强度特征分析,同时对消防水进入及流出消防栓的过程进行流体动力学(CFD)分析,以验证改进型阀杆的科学性和可靠性;分析了改进型阀杆的应力、变形云图以及阀杆的压力分布图,结果表明改进后阀杆的变形程度及阀杆受到的应力情况与改进前相比均有较明显的改善。
Considering problems of large deformation,insufficient strength and stress distribution of the throttle stem in high water pressure working environment,a new design is proposed to improve the hydrant stem structure.A three-dimensional solid model of the fire hydrant structure is established,in which the static strength analysis of the finite element model is carried out by ANSYS software and meantime the inflow and effluent of fire water is conducted CFD analysis,to testify the scientificalness and reliability of the new structure.It is analyzed the stress,deformation cloud chart and pressure distribution diagram of the improved fire hydrant stem and the results show that the deformation degree and stress of the new design can be obviously improved compared with the original structure.
