摘要
目的:探讨妊娠晚期强化母乳喂养宣教对婴儿喂养方式产生的影响。方法:收治初产妇110例,随机分成观察组与对照组。对照组采用常规产前检查及产后护理,观察组在对照组基础上强化母乳喂养宣教。结果:观察组纯母乳喂养率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),人工喂养率与混合母乳喂养率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠晚期强化母乳喂养宣教可明显增强孕妇纯母乳喂养的主动性与积极性,且提升纯母乳的喂养率。
Objective:To explore the influence of advanced breastfeeding education on infant feeding mode in late pregnancy.Methods:110 cases of primiparas were chosen,and they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was given the routine antenatal examination and postpartum nursing,and the observation group strengthened the breastfeeding education on the basis of the control group.Results:In the observation group,the rate of pure breastfeeding was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The rate of artificial feeding and the rate of mixed breastfeeding were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The advanced breastfeeding education in the late pregnancy can obviously enhance the initiative and enthusiasm of pure breastfeeding,and improve the feeding rate of pure breastfeeding.
