摘要
目的:探讨路径化管理在社区糖尿病患者中的应用效果。方法:收治糖尿病患者100例,分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用常规管理,试验组采用路径化管理,比较两组应用效果。结果:干预后,试验组的依从性优良率和空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白指标水平改善程度均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:路径化管理在社区糖尿病患者中的应用效果显著。
Objective:To explore the application effect of path management in community diabetic patients.Methods:100 diabetic patients were selected.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine management.The experimental group was given path management.We compared the application effect of two groups.Results:After intervention,in the experimental group,the excellent and good rate of compliance and the improvement degree of fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 hours blood sugar and glycosylated hemoglobin index were all better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of path management in community diabetic patients was significant.
