摘要
随着数字出版的兴起与普及,科技期刊编辑职能在新的发展趋势中发生着转变,其所承担的社会责任相应也发生了变化。从科技期刊编辑在数字出版大环境下的职能转变出发,分析科技期刊编辑各方面职能的变化,并引申出科技期刊编辑所承担的社会责任也相应发生了变化。
Sci-tech journals play an important role in the communication and dissemination of scientific and technological journals and scientific research achievements.The quality and brand building of sci-tech journals are closely related to the editorial function.With the rise and popularization of digital publishing,the editorial function of sci-tech journals has changed in the new development trend,and so does its corresponding social responsibility.This paper analyzes the change of editorial function of sci-tech periodicals in the digital publishing environment,and discusses the changes of the social responsibility of sci-tech journal editors.
