摘要
目前大多数企业都采用经验法来选择设备检修外包方式。现通过制订标准评分表,并借助成熟的矩阵模型,提出了一种科学选择设备检修外包方式的方法,为企业在外包管理最初讨论研究阶段提供参考。
At present,most enterprises are using the empirical approach to select the outsourcing method for equipment overhaul.By development of weight table,combined with the matrix model,the paper puts forward a scientific selection method for equipment maintenance outsourcing,for reference.
