摘要
介绍了国电大渡河检修安装有限公司对水电检修进行外委的目的和意义,阐述了为确保外委项目安全、优质、高效完成,必须重点把控项目立项、资质审查、合同签订、进场手续、施工准备、施工管理等6大"关口"及管理要求,针对外委项目的管理现状,提出了对外委项目的管理建议。
In the Guodian Dadu River Maintenance and Installation Co.,Ltd.,part of the overhaul and maintenance work of hydropower stations is outsourced. The purpose and meaning of such outsourcing are discussed. To ensure these outsourced projects can be accomplished safely,efficiently and with high quality,six key process points must be controlled,including the project approval,qualification examination,contract signing,contractor entry,construction preparation and construction management. Also,some suggestions on the management of such outsourced projects are proposed.
