摘要
目的研究分析糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症使用128排CT诊断的临床应用价值。方法该次该院就2014年6月—2016年6月来该院接受治疗的糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者开展研究分析,为患者使用128排CT冠状动脉成像检测,根据检查的结果来进行统计分析。结果经过诊断,患者冠状动脉狭窄病变患者狭窄程度超过了70%的特异性是96%,敏感性是91%,阳性预测值是89%,狭窄程度50%～70%之间的特异性是95%,敏感性是96%,阳性预测值是93%,狭窄程度低于50%的特异性是93%,敏感性是95%,阳性预测值是76%。结论糖尿病下肢动脉闭塞症患者接受128排螺旋CT诊断具有比较高的特异性、敏感度和阳性预测值,临床应用价值比较高,可以进行推广使用。
Objective To research and analyze the clinical application value of128-sprial CT in diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans.Methods The patients with diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans treated in our hospital from June2014to June2016were selected for research and analysis,and tested by the128-sprial CT,and the results were statistically analyzed according to the examination results.Results The specificity,sensitivity,positive prediative value of coronary stenosis lesion patients whose stenosis degree was more than70%were respectively96%,91%and89%,and the specificity,sensitivity,positive predicative value of patients whose stenosis degree was between50%~70%were respectively95%,96%,93%,and the specificity,sensitivity,positive prediative value of patients whose stenosis degree was less than50%were respectively93%,95%and76%.Conclusion The128-sprial CT in diabetic lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans is of higher specificity,sensitivity and positive predicative value,and the clinical application value is higher,which can be promoted and applied.
