氟伐他汀联合拜阿司匹林治疗糖尿病性下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的疗效观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨氟伐他汀联合拜阿司匹林(阿司匹林肠溶片)对糖尿病性下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(LEAOD)的临床疗效。方法选取2013-05—2014-05来青岛大学附属医院住院诊断为糖尿病性LEAOD的患者共120例,随机分为干预组60例和对照组60例,两组均给予拜阿司匹林(100 mg,qn)。干预组应用氟伐他汀钠(40 mg,qn),对照组应用瑞舒伐他汀(5 mg,qn),在常规控制血糖的基础上治疗3个月。结果治疗后两组的血凝指标比较:干预组的FIB、D-D、血浆黏度均小于对照组(P<0.05);血栓弹力图结果比较:干预组的R、K均大于对照组,MA、CI均小于对照组(P<0.05);达标率比较:干预组的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C达标率均高于对照组(P<0.05);颈动脉指标比较:干预组中CAIIMT、CAPF病例明显少于对照组(P<0.05);ABI比较:干预组大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论氟伐他汀联合拜阿司匹林对显著改善糖尿病性LEAOD患者血浆黏滞性,疗效显著且优于瑞舒伐他汀。 Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Fluvastatin com bined with B ayaspirin (Aspirin enteric-coated tablets)to treat diabetic low er-extrem ity arterial occlusive disease (LEAOD).Methods 120 patients diagnosed with LEAOD from May 2013 to May 2014 in Affiliated H ospital to Q ingdao U niversity w ere selected and random ly divided into intervention group(60 cases)and controlgroup(60 cases).Both groups were given Bayaspirin tablets(100 mg,qn). The intervention group received Fluvastatin(40 mg,qn)while the controlgroup received Rosuvastatin(5 mg,qn).Ten treatm ent lasted for three m onths on the basis of conventional glycem ic control.Results Com parison of blood coagula-tion indicators after treatm ent in both groups show ed that FIB D-D ,plasm a viscosity in the intervention group w ere less than those in the control group (P〈0 .05 ).Com parison of throm belastograph results show ed the intervention group was higher than the control group in term s of Rand K ,less in terms of MAand C I(P〈0 .05 ).Com parison of control rates show ed the intervention group was higher than the control group in term s of TC ,TG ,H D L-C ,and L D L-C (P〈0 .05 ). Com parison of carotid artery index show ed the intervention group was less than the control group in term s of C AIIMTand CAPF(P〈0.05).Comparison ofABIshowed the intervention group washigherthan the controlgroup(P〈0.05). Conclusion Fluvastatin com bined with B ayaspirin can im prove significantly plasm a viscosity in sufferers with diabetic LEAOD with superior curative effects to Rosuvastatin.
