摘要
21世纪是创新的时代,学习与创新是时代进步的关键,高校又是创新的主阵地。建设学习型高校基层党组织是充分发挥"两学一做"学习教育作用,推动高校教师学习、科研取得新突破的有力途径。通过加强宣传教育、打造良好学习氛围,强化组织领导与制度建设,明确激励、惩罚措施,利用丰富的活动激发教师学习积极性,建设一支积极奋进的学习型高校教工党员队伍是高校教师队伍早新时代紧跟党走的必经之路。
The 21st century is an era of innovation.Learning and innovation are the key to the progress of The Times,and universities are the main positions of innovation.Building a learning university grass-roots party organization is to give full play to the role of"two learning and one doing"to learn education function,and promote the effective way of new breakthrough in the study and scientific research of university teachers.By strengthening propaganda and education,create a good learning atmosphere,strengthen organizational leadership and system construction,the explicit incentive and punishment measures,using the rich activities arouse teachers'learning enthusiasm,build a positive endeavor of learning-type university teaches the party member troop university teachers is the early new era path to follow the party's lead.
