摘要
"两学一做",是党中央对党员加强教育管理的最新思想,是当前加强党建工作力度的行动指南。"两学一做"背景下加强学习型基层党组织建设,要理解和把握"两学一做"的价值内涵,在找准建设着力点的基础上,以机制建设为抓手,加强"学",以实践手段培育为重点,重视"做",将"两学一做"真正融入党员教育实践中去。
＂Two Studies and One Action ＂ is the latest thinking for the Party Central Committee to strengthen the education of the party members,and the guide of the party construction. We should understand and grasp its value connotation of strengthening the study-type primary party organization under the background of ＂ Two Studies and One Action ＂ . And on the basis of identifying the construction focus,the mechanism construction is as the starting point, ＂ study＂ is strengthened; the practice way is as the focus,＂action＂ is valued,so as to make ＂Two Studies and One Action＂ integrated into the party education practice.
