摘要
阐述了企业安全文化与安全生产标准化建设的概念,简要讨论了安全文化的形成在安全生产标准化建设过程中的具体体现,同安全生产标准化进行了关联,抽象的安全文化得到了具体化。为企业安全文化建设,形成良好的安全文化氛围,将安全生产标准化工作与安全文化建设有机结合,发挥借鉴作用。
This paper expounds the concept of enterprise safety culture and safety production standardization construction,briefly discusses the concrete embodiment of the formation of safety culture in the process of standardization construction of safe production.Associated with the standardization of production safety,abstract safety culture is concretized,to develop a good safety culture atmosphere for enterprise safety culture construction,and the safety production standardization work is organically combined with the construction of the safety culture,so as to play a reference role.
