摘要
当下中国,随着人们物质生活条件的不断改善,作为人的发展的主体性条件的自由时间,已成为人们“自由而全面发展”和美好生活实现的迫切需要。对于新时代人民美好生活的构建来说,自由时间的重要意义在于它能够打开生活的多维面向,使其变得鲜活立体;能够拔高生活的意义层次,使其变得丰实厚重;能够赋予生活以内驱动力,使其焕发无限可能。然而,由于我国发展不充分、不平衡、不协调问题依然突出,客观上导致人民群众对自由时间的占有、分配、利用仍存在着许多制约美好生活实现的因素。因而,为了使人民群众的生活在内容的不断充实与意义的不断厚重中达至美好之境,我们必须要以创新为驱动促成自由时间的大量生成,以共享为准则实现自由时间的普遍享有,以财富观的变革为抓手推动自由时间的内化。
It is not only a new dimension,but also a necessary dimension to construct a better life for the people in the new era guided by Marx's theory of free time.In current China,with the continuous improvement of people’s material living conditions,free time—as the subjective condition of human development,has become an urgent realistic need for people to achieve“free and comprehensive development”and a better life.For the construction of People’s good life in the new era,the significance of free time is as follows:it can open up the multi-dimensional aspects of life and make it vivid and three-dimensional;it can elevate the level of meaning of life and make it rich and heavy;it can endow life with internal driving force and make it glow with infinite possibilities.However,in view of the insufficient、unbalanced and uncoordinated problems existing in the current development process of our country,this makes the people’s possession of free time still insufficient,the distribution of free time still uneven,and the use of free time still wasted,thus seriously restricting the good life.Therefore,in order to achieve a better life in the continuous enrichment of life content and the continuous richness of life significance,innovation must be taken as the driving force to promote the massive generation of free time,take sharing as the criterion to realize the universal enjoyment of free time,and take the change of wealth concept as the grasp to promote the internalization of free time.
