摘要
目的观察在常规性治疗的基础上使用牛黄制剂治疗大面积脑梗死继发高热的临床效果。方法选取2016年1月至2017年4月到医院接受合并继发性高热大面积脑梗死50例患者为研究对象,采取随机分配的方式将其划分成对照组和观察组,每组25例。其中对照组的患者接受常规性的治疗,观察组的患者在此基础上添加牛黄丸进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(88.0%)明显高于对照组(60.0%)(P<0.05)。观察组患者的体温和意识恢复时间14 d以上所占比例低于对照组,且患者的平均恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论治疗大面积脑梗死继发性高热时在常规治疗的基础上采用牛黄制剂,能够有效控制患者的体温,对于患者的康复和治疗具有重要的意义,在临床治疗中值得推广使用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of bezoar preparation on secondary high fever of massive cerebral infarction on the basis of routine treatment.Methods From January2016to April2017,50patients with secondary high feverof massive cerebral infarction were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with25cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,on this basis,the observation group was treated with Niuhuangwan.The treatment effects were compared in the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group(88.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(60.0%)(P<0.05).The body temperature and consciousness recovery time rate in more than14d of the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and its average recovery time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of secondary high fever of massive cerebral infarction,using bezoar preparation on the basis of the routine treatment can effectively control the patients'body temperature,it has great significance in the patients'rehabilitation and treatment and worth being popularized in clinic.
