摘要
目的:探讨无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭的临床疗效。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭疾病患者50例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组采用常规性治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用无创呼吸机治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组呼吸频率、心率、血气指标改善水平和治疗效果均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭能有效提高治疗效果。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of noninvasive breathing therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure.Methods：50 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and respiratory failure were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with routine treatment.The observation group was treated with noninvasive respiratory therapy on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results：In the observation group,the respiratory rate and heart rate,the improvement of blood gas index and the effect of treatment were all better than those of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Noninvasive breathing in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure can effectively improve the effect of treatment.
