摘要
在硫酸中对3003铝合金进行低温硬质阳极氧化,研究了硫酸的质量浓度、电流密度、温度、时间等工艺参数对氧化膜厚度、显微硬度、耐蚀性和微观形貌的影响,得到最佳工艺参数为:硫酸180 g/L,温度0℃,电流密度2.5 A/dm^2,氧化时间60 min,95℃热水封孔时间30 min。在最佳条件下所得阳极氧化膜均匀、致密,厚度为40.05μm,显微硬度为394.9 HV,耐蚀性好。
Hard anodization of3003aluminum alloy was conducted in sulfuric acid solution at low temperature.The effects of process parameters including mass concentration of sulfuric acid,current density,temperature,and time on the thickness,microhardness,corrosion resistance and micro-morphology of oxide film were studied.The optimal process parameters were obtained as follows:sulfuric acid180g/L,temperature0°C,current density2.5A/dm2,anodization time60min,and sealing time30min.The oxide film obtained under the optimal conditions is uniform and compact with a thickness of40.05μm,a microhardness of394.9HV and good corrosion resistance.
