摘要 用一步阳极氧化法在不同的工艺条件(电解液、电压、温度、时间)下制备得到了孔径为40~200nm的阳极氧化铝(anodicaluminumoxide,AAO)模板,用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对其形貌进行了表征。分析了阳极氧化铝模板在纳米复制(nano-copy)领域的应用前景。 Anodic aluminum oxide(AAO) templates with hole aperture of 40~200 nm are prepared with one-step anodization at different technological conditions(electrolyte,voltage,temperature,time).The appearance of products is analyzed with SEM and the application prospect of AAO template in nano-copy field are described briefly.
