摘要
自动测试系统是现代装备性能指标检测中不可或缺的重要手段,以分布式自动测试系统为代表的新兴自动测试技术正在军事和工业等领域得到更多的普及和应用。文中从介绍国内外自动测试系统的发展及研究现状出发,引出对分布式自动测试系统基本概念的分析,对分布式自动测试系统的主要特征和构成要素进行了说明,探讨了分布式自动测试系统控制技术未来的发展方向和趋势。
Automatic test system is an important means of mordern equipment performance index test.Represented by distributed automatic test system,the rising automatic test technology is getting more popularity and application in military and industrial fields.Started from development and research status at home and abroad of automatic test system,the basic concept of distributed automatic test system is analysed.The main features and components of distributed automatic test system are illustrated and the developmenh status at home and abroad of distributed automatic test system control technology is elaborated.
