摘要
目的观察复方万年青胶囊联合美施康定(硫酸吗啡缓释片)控制肺癌重度疼痛的效果。方法回顾性调查97例肺癌重度疼痛患者,随机分为2组,对照组47例,采用美施康定治疗;试验组50例,采用复方万年青胶囊联合美施康定治疗,观察2组的抗癌痛效果、美施康定的人均维持日剂量、生活质量改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果与对照组相比,试验组抗癌痛效果较优(P<0.05),美施康定的人均维持日剂量较小(P<0.05),生活质量改善更明显(P<0.05),毒副作用更小。结论复方万年青胶囊联合美施康定治疗肺癌重度疼痛,能明显缓解癌痛,增强止痛效果,减轻不良反应,提高生活质量。
Objective To study the pain relieving effect of Wannianqing capsules combined with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets for lung cancer patients.Methods97cancer patients with severe pain for retrospective analysis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.47patients of the control group were treated by morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets only.In experimental group,50patients were treated by morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets combined with Wannianqing capsules.The analgesic effect,average daily dose of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets,quality of life and adverse reaction in the two groups were observed.Results Compared with the control group,the experimental group had a better analgesic effect(P<0.05),a lower daily dose of morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets(P<0.05),more obvious improvement quality of life(P<0.05)and a lower adverse reactions incidence.Conclusion Wannianqing capsules combined with morphine sulfate sustained-release tablets can significantly relieve the pain,enhance the analgesic effect,alleviate the adverse reaction and improve the quality of life in treating lung cancer patients with severe pain.
