摘要
西北地区的新型农业经营主体发展存在起步时间晚,发展较为缓慢,规模较小,效益较低,组织结构化程度低,人才素质整体不高的困境。而西北地区贫困人口比重大,生态环境脆弱,传统农业效益低等现实使得培育其新型农业经营主体成为客观需要。鉴于法国农业经营主体——农业合作社发展路径启示,探讨了"一带一路"战略背景下西北地区新型农业经营主体的培育路径。
The development of the new agricultural management entity in northwest China exists plights such as the late start,relatively slow development,small scale and low efficiency,low degree of organizational structure and not high overall quality of the talents.In addition,the reality of large poor population,fragile ecological environment and low efficiency of the traditional agriculture in northwest China was making it possible to cultivate its new agricultural management entity.Based on the inspiration from development path of the farm cooperation in French agricultural business entities,the path to cultivate the new agricultural management entity of northwest China under the background of aB&R,'strategy was discussed.
