摘要 为了解三角枫不同无性繁殖方式间差异,以秋叶变红无性系为试材,采用春季硬枝扦插、夏季嫩枝扦插、春季枝接、夏季芽接四种形式,结果表明:不同浓度NAA浸泡处理的插穗在两种扦插方式间均产生极显著差异,两者均以200mg/L为最佳处理浓度,且嫩枝扦插(42.22%~74.44%)成活率普遍高于硬枝扦插(37.78%~65.56%);春季枝接确定完全成活时间为45d,成活率为42.22%,夏季芽接15 d即可确定是否成活,成活率达81.11%。在进行三角枫无性繁殖时需结合立地条件与当地气候合理选择。 In order to understand the difference between the different asexual propagation patterns of the Acer buergerianum,taking the clone that leaves become red in autumn as test materials by hardwood cuttings in spring,softwood cuttings in summer,grafting in spring and budding in summer.The results showed that the survival rate with different concentrations of NAA had significant differences between the two cuttings method,respectively.Both methods were treated with200mg/L NAA for the best treatment and the survival rate of softwood cuttings in summer(42.22%~74.44%)was generally high than hardwood cuttings in spring(37.78%~65.56%).The survival time of grafting in spring was longer than budding in summer(45days and15days,respectively)but the survival rate of of grafting in spring was lower than budding in summer(42.22%and81.11%,respectively).That requires a combination of site conditions and local climate reasonable choice during asexual reproduction of Acer buergerianum.
