摘要
采用5种不同的生根促进剂,处理4种绿化树种的插穗,进行嫩枝扦插效果对比试验,结果表明:不同药剂处理后的几种树种的嫩枝插穗的生根效果有差异,国光和生根粉(ABT)对几种树种的插穗生根率、生根量、根长促进作用最大,根宝和萘乙酸(NAA)的生根率次之.4种树种的插穗经几种药剂处理后连翘和金叶莸的生根率和生根量较高,处理后红瑞木的根长较长,药剂处理对金叶复叶槭嫩枝扦插的促进作用最差.
Using five different rooted promoters to treat the four greening tree species,contrast the effect on shoot cutting.The results showed that the shoot cutting of greening tree species disposed by rooted promoters all have remarkable difference,The rooted rate,rooted quantity,rooted length all have remarkable effect disposed by Guoguang and ABT,then Genbao and NAA.The rooted rate and rooted quantity of Forsythia suspense and Caryopteris clandonensis cv.were highest,rooted length of Cornus alba L.was longest,the effect on shoot cutting of Acer negundo was worst.
