摘要
蒸汽窜是制约热采提高稠油采收率的关键问题。研制了一种新型蒸汽驱封窜剂——乳化树脂;该乳化树脂是利用复配表面活性剂溶液和沥青树脂(软化点48℃),通过胶体磨配制而成的。室内实验结果表明,乳化树脂稳定性与乳化剂的界面活性具有较强的对应关系;乳化剂油水界面张力越低,乳化液滴粒径越小,油水界面越清晰,乳液越稳定。纳米SiO_2粒子对表面活性剂的乳化树脂能力具有显著的增效作用;无机盐对乳化树脂的稳定性具有不利的影响。乳化树脂液滴在无机盐溶液中的Zeta电位绝对值越小,乳化树脂稳定性越差。乳化树脂具有良好的剪切变稀性能,有利于乳化树脂注入地层;同时,乳化树脂能够明显改善不同渗透率地层的蒸汽分流率,对高渗通道具有显著的封堵作用;且对蒸汽的耐冲刷能力优异。由此可见,乳化树脂是一种值得推广使用的稠油热采封窜剂。明确了乳化树脂的稳定性、注入性、封堵性等基本性能,可为今后的现场应用提供理论参考和支持。
Steam channeling is the key problem that restricts the recovery of heavy oil.The emulsified resin,a new type of steam channeling sealing agent was developed,which was prepared by compounding the surfactant solution and the asphalt resin with the softening point of48℃through a colloid mill.The experimental results show that there is a congruent relationship between emulsified resin stability and interfacial activity of emulsifiers,that is,the low interfacial tension can result in the small emulsion droplets with the clear oil water interface,and then the emulsion is stable.Nano SiO2particles have a significant synergistic effect on emulsifying capacity of surfactant.Inorganic salts have a negative effect on the stability of the emulsion resin.The lower the absolute value of Zeta potential of the emulsion droplets in the inorganic salt solution is,the worse the stability of the emulsion resin is.The emulsified resin has good shear thinning property,which is favorable to the injection of emulsified resin into the formation.The emulsified resin can obviously improve the diversion rate of steam in formation with different permeability,and has a significant blocking effect on the steam channeling in high permeability channel.Besides,the erosion resistance of emulsified resin to the steam is excellent.It can be seen that emulsified resin is a worthy sealing agent for thermal recovery of heavy oil.The present invention has confirmed the basic properties of emulsion resin such as stability,injection and plugging,which can provides the theoretical reference and support for the field application in the future.
