高压氧联合GM-1治疗对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病患儿血清Bcl-2、NSE和NF-κB的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨高压氧联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂(GM-1)治疗对新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)患儿血清B淋巴细胞瘤-2蛋白(Bcl-2)、神经元特异性烯醇酶(NSE)和核因子-κB(NF-κB)的影响。方法选取2014年3月—2017年2月收治的106例新生儿HIE患儿进行研究,将所选患儿按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组53例。两组均进行常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用高压氧联合GM-1治疗,比较分析两组的临床疗效以及治疗前后血清Bcl-2、NSE和NF-κB的水平。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组血清Bcl-2、NSE和NF-κB水平低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高压氧联合GM-1能够修复HIE患儿的脑细胞,明显改善临床症状及生命体征,促进患儿脑功能的恢复,提高预后生活质量。 Objective To investigate effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Monosialotetrahexosylganglioside(GM-1)therapy on serum b-cell leukemia-lymphoma-2(Bcl-2),neuron-specific enolase(NSE)and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB)of neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods A total of106neonates with HIE admitted during March2014and February2017were divided into observation group(n=53)and control group(n=53)according to random number table method.All neonates received conventional therapy.Observation group was added with hyperbaric oxygen combined with GM-1therapy.Clinical efficacy and serum Bcl-2,NSE and NF-κB levels before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).After treatment,serum Bcl-2,NSE and NF-κB levels were significantly lower than those before treatment in two groups,and the levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen combined with GM-1therapy may repair brain cells,improve clinical symptoms and vital signs,promote recovery of brain function and life quality of neonates with HIE.
