摘要
选取重庆农村居住建筑为研究对象,根据该地区农村居民的生活习惯和用能特点,给出该地区农村居住建筑的典型人行为模式,通过能耗模拟软件De ST-h,结合新嵌入的用能行为模块对建筑中的人行为和全年供冷供热能耗进行模拟分析。结果表明,在不同人行为模式下,该地区农村居住建筑能耗差异显著:夏季空调能耗最大值与最小值相差约38.2%,冬季空调能耗最大值与最小值相差约35.1%。在对建筑空调能耗的敏感性上,空调行为模式强于开窗行为模式,是影响空调能耗的主要因素。
A rural residential building in Chongqing was selected as a research object.According to the lifestyle habits and energy-using characteristics of rural residents in this region,the typical occupant behavior patterns were given.The simulation software DeST-h(Designer’s Simulation Toolkit Home)with occupant behavior moduel was uesd to calculate the heating and cooling energy consumption of the residential building under different occupant behaviors.The results show that different occupant behavior patterns have a significant impact on energy consumption of rural residential building in this region:the maximum and minimum values of the cooling energy consumption have difference of about38.2%,and the maximum and minimum values of the heating energy consumption have difference of about35.1%.Moreover,the air conditioner control behavior pattern,which is superior to the window opening behavior pattern in respect of sensitivity,is a main factor of impact on energy consumpton of residential buildings.
