血红铆钉菇总多酚的水浴提取工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 以血红铆钉菇为原料,没食子酸为对照品,总多酚得率为考核指标,研究了血红铆钉菇总多酚的水浴提取工艺条件.在提取温度与时间、乙醇体积分数及液料比等单因素的基础上,通过L16(45)正交试验,确定血红铆钉菇总多酚的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数75%,液料比30∶1(m L/g),75℃提取120 min.在上述条件下,制备的血红铆钉菇总多酚得率为17.4 mg/g(以没食子酸计). With Chroogomphis rutilus being used as raw materials,gallic acid being the control and total polyphenol yield being assessment index,experiments were conducted to study the extraction conditions of the water bath extraction of total polyphenols from Chroogomphis rutilus.The effects of extracting temperature,extracting time,ethanol volume fraction and ratio of liquid to material on extraction yield of total polyphenols were explored.The optimum extraction conditions of total polyphenols by using L16(45)orthogonal experiment based on single factor were obtained and was shown as follows:extracting temperature75℃,extracting time120min,ethanol volume fraction75%,ratio of liquid to material30∶1.And yield of total polyphenols was17.4mg/g(as gallic acid).With Chroogomphis rutilus being used as raw materials,gallic acid being the control and total polyphenolyield being assessment index,experiments were conducted to study the extraction conditions of the water bathextraction of total polyphenols from Chroogomphis rutilus.The effects of extracting temperature,extracting time,ethanolvolume fraction and ratio of liquid to material on extraction yield of total polyphenols were explored.The optimumextraction conditions of total polyphenols by using L16渊45冤orthogonal experiment based on single factor were obtainedand was shown as follows院extracting temperature75益,extracting time120min,ethanol volume fraction75%,ratio ofliquid to material30颐1.And yield of total polyphenols was17.4mg/g渊as gallic acid冤.
