BY500高强度耐磨板,广泛应用于矿山、电力等行业,目前存在的主要问题是薄规格淬火后板形不良,通过合理的成分设计以及合理控制淬火水量、辊道速度、淬火水压等参数,钢板的性能和板形满足客户需求。
BY500high strength wear-resisting plate is widely used in mining,power and other industries,and the main problem at present is the thin gauge plate after quenching with poor plate shape.Through reasonable composition design and reasonable control of quenching water quantity,roller speed,quenching water pressure and other parameters,the steel plate performance and plate shape can meet customer requirements.
