摘要
采用在线淬火+离线回火工艺替代离线淬火+回火调质工艺可大幅降低NM360钢的生产成本,而实际生产中,NM360钢强度高、冷却敏感性强,在线淬火中板形控制难度大。通过合理制定钢板冷却工艺参数、优化设定MULPIC区上下水量和水比、辊道速度等措施,生产的NM360钢平直度≤10 mm/m,同时性能达到使用需求。
The process of on-line quenching and off-line tempering could reduce the produce cost of wear-resistant steel NM360 deeply if replace the process of off-line quenching and tempering,but the steel has high strength and sensitive to cooling,there are some difficulties in flatness control of on-line quenching. Reasonable steel cooling parameters,optimal water and water ratio,roller speed and other parameters of MUPLIC zone were made,and the plainness of NM360 was less than 10 mm / m,the property reached the requirements at the same time.
