摘要
李润东教授长期从事肝病临床工作,认为非酒精性脂肪性肝炎中医证型主要有"脾虚湿蕴""肝郁痰浊""瘀血阻滞""肾虚不足"等,坚持辨证与辨病相结合遣方用药,健脾贯彻治疗始终,疗效显著,对中医药治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎具有重要参考价值。
Professor Li Rundong has long been engaged in the clinical work of treating liver disease,and believes that the TCM syndrome types of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis mainly include“deficiency of spleen and dampness accumulation”,“liver stagnation and phlegm turbidity”,“blood stasis”,“deficiency of kidney”,etc.,and insists on the combination of syndrome differentiation and disease differentiation,and carries out spleen strengthening treatment,which achieves significant effects and has important reference value for the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
