摘要
随着我国经济的飞速发展,人们的生活水平越来越高,对于饮食的需求已经不再仅是温饱,更多的是营养、健康、刺激味觉。为了满足人们对食物日益增长的需求,能够刺激人们味觉的食品频频出现。很多有添加剂的食物远比自然食物美味得多,因此添加剂食物深受人们的喜爱。食品添加剂虽然满足了人们对于食物的色、香、味等方面的需求,但如果食品添加剂用量、种类控制不当,便会出现许多食品安全问题。
With the rapid development of our country’s economy,people’s living standard is getting higher and higher.The demand for food is no longer the food and clothing but more nutrition and health.In order to meet the growing demand of people,there are all kinds of delicious food on the market.Many artificially processed foods are more delicious than natural foods and are so popular with people.But there are many food additives in these foods.Although food additives satisfy people’s needs for food color,aroma and taste,there will be many food safety problems if the dosage of food additives is not well controlled.
