摘要
以新乡市两所本科师范院校教育学专业的在校生作为调查对象,从就业准备、就业期望、就业价值观三个层面对其就业意向进行调查。结果表明:大多数学生认为就业形势严峻,但对就业趋势关注度不高,缺乏明确的职业规划;不同年级的学生在有无明确的职业规划、就业准备的开始时间方面均以大三为拐点,但为就业服务的实践准备少;学生从教意愿不高,更愿意从事公办性质、初中及高等教育阶段的工作;学生就业选择更看重薪资待遇和发展机会,教师行业的社会地位和为社会发展做贡献对个体没有吸引力。建议完善学生职业生涯教育体系,就业指导全程化;加强学生专业认同感和价值感,切实提高职前教师培养质量;完善学生社会实践训练体系,提高学生自主学习能力,增强社会竞争力。
The employment intention of students is investigated in2undergraduate normal universities of Xinxiang from three aspects,i.e.,employment preparation,employment expectation and employment values.The results show that the employment situation is serious in most students’view who majoring in education with less attention on the employment trend and unclear career planning;All the students in different grades engaged to the clear career plans and preparation for employment in their junior stages,although with less practical preparation for employment;Instead of teaching,students prefer to engage in the work of public middle and high schools.;In their employment choice students pays more attention to the salary,treatment and development opportunity,when teacher profession’social status and contribution to the social development being not attractive to the individual.It is suggested to perfect the career education system for students,carry out employment guidance in the whole process,enhance the students’professional identity and values,improve actually the pre-job training quality for teachers,perfect the social practical training system for students,increase the students’self-study ability and strengthen student’social competitiveness.
