摘要
基于传统校园建设存在因雨水径流总量变化而引发的内涝问题,按照低影响开发理念,建设"海绵校园"的构想,阐述了海绵校园对城市化和生态环境的影响。根据《海绵城市建设技术指南——低影响开发雨水系统构建(试行)》的年径流总量控制率分区,统计分析各区内的代表高校,论述建设海绵校园的必要性。以安徽省合肥市某高校为例,在校园建设现状的基础上,采用低影响开发措施,提高年径流总量控制率,降低径流污染,并结合绿色评价量化标准进行海绵校园改造设计,有效解决了校园内雨水资源利用、排水防涝、景观绿化和可持续发展等问题,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益,为相关高校"海绵校园"建设提供参考。
Based on the waterlogging problem caused by the variation of total rainfall runoff in the traditional campus construction,according to the low impact development concept,the idea of building 'sponge campus'is proposed to expound the impact of sponge campus on the urbanization and ecological environment.On the basis of the control rate partition of annual total runoff in《Sponge City Development Technical Guide:Low Impact Development》,the paper statistically analyzes the typical campus in partitions to explain the need for building sponge campus.By taking a university in Hefei,Anhui Province as an example and in consideration of the current situation of campus construction,low impact development measures are introduced to raise the control rate of annual total runoff and reduce runoff pollution,and combined with the green evaluation quantification standard,the transformational design of sponge campus is made to effectively solve the problems of the rainwater resource utilization,the drainage waterlogging,the landscape greening and the sustainable development in campus,and provide references for the construction of'sponge campus'in related universities,it obtains favorable social and economic profits.
