摘要
目的探讨分析运动想象疗法结合电刺激治疗脑卒中吞咽困难的效果。方法选取2015年11月~2016年12月我院收治缺血性脑卒中后吞咽困难患者86例,依据其治疗方式的不同随机分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规吞咽训练治疗,研究组在常规吞咽训练基础上采用运动想象疗法结合神经肌肉电刺激疗法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果和对生活质量的影响。结果在治疗前两组患者的洼田饮水试验评分和录像吞咽造影检查(VFSS)评分无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者的洼田饮水试验评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),VFSS评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者的治疗有效率为明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后研究组患者的生活质量评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用运动想象结合神经肌肉电刺激疗法对治疗缺血性脑卒中后吞咽困难患者,可以明显提高治疗效果,改善患者吞咽能力,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore and analyze the effect of motor imagery therapy combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of stroke complicated with dysphagia.Methods From November2015to December2016,86patients with dysphagia after ischemic stroke who were admitted to our hospital were selected.According to their different treatment methods,the patients were randomly divided into control group and study group.The control group was given conventional swallowing training,and the study group was further given motor imagery therapy combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy on the basis of conventional swallowing training.The curative effect and the impact on quality of life were compared between the two groups of patients.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of water swallow test and VFSS between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After30days of treatment,the score of water swallow test in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the VFSS score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);the effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of motor imagery therapy combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation therapy in the treatment of patients with dysphagia after ischemic stroke can significantly improve the curative effect,improve the patient's ability to swallow and improve the quality of life.
