摘要
目的观察仙方承气汤治疗重症手足口病脑炎的临床疗效。方法 2014年3月至2016年6月西安市北方医院感染科收治重症手足口病2期(神经系统受累期)患儿104例,随机分为观察组和对照组各52例。两组均给予抗病毒药物、退热补液对症支持治疗。对照组静脉滴注人免疫球蛋白治疗。观察组采用仙方承气汤直肠滴入治疗。治疗2d观察两组临床疗效,两组胃肠功能障碍时间、发热持续时间、抖动、易惊时间、血压异常时间、心率异常时间、住院时间及不良反应。结果观察组显效率为86.6%(45/52),显著高于对照,42.35%(22/52),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿胃肠功能障碍时间,发热持续时间,抖动、易惊时间,血压异常时间,心率异常时间,住院时间显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未见明显不良反应。结论仙方承气汤直肠给药治疗重症手足口病脑炎可抑制、阻断病情,疗效显著、操作简单、安全。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Xianfang Chengqi decoction in the treatment of severe hand foot mouth disease(HFMD)encephalitis.MethodsA total of104children with HFMD(phaseⅡ,phase of neurological involvement)were included in the study,who received treatment in Xi'an Northern Hospital from Mar.2014to June2016,and they were randomly divided into two groups:observation group(n=52)and control group(n=52).Both groups received symptomatic supportive treatment with antiviral medicine and abatement of fever and fluid infusion.The control group was also given intravenous drip of human immunoglobulin,and the observation group was given rectal dripping of Xianfang Chengqi decoction.After two days of treatment,the clinical effect of the two groups was observed,as well as the time period of gastrointestinal dysfunction,fever,shaking,skittishness,abnormal blood pressure and abnormal heart rate,and the length of hospital stay and adverse reactions.ResultsThe effective rate of observation group was86.6%(45/52),significantly higher than that of control group(42.35%,22/52),the difference being statistical(P<0.05).The time period of fever,shaking,being skittish,abnormal blood pressure,abnormal heart rate and hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.ConclusionXianfang Chenqi decoction for rectal dripping can inhibit and block the disease in the treatment of severe hand foot mouth disease encephalitis.It is significantly effective,safe and easy to operate.
