PBL结合CBL、TBL在儿科学临床实习教学中的应用 被引量:15

摘要 目的:采用PBL结合CBL、TBL教学法开展儿科学实践教学,以期提高学生的学习兴趣和教学质量。方法:将80名临床本科专业实习生随机分成两组,每组各40例,对照组单纯采用PBL教学法教学;实验组采用PBL结合CBL、TBL教学法进行教学。两组实习生在儿科实习结束时参加理论与操作考核,调查带教老师对实习生的评价及学生对儿科学实习教学的兴趣、积极性和满意度。结果:实验组实习生临床操作水平明显优于对照组,两组之间有显著差异(P<0.05);带教老师对实验组学生综合评价优于对照组,两组之间有显著差异(P<0.05);实验组学生对临床实习满意度高于对照组,两组之间有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:PBL结合CBL、TBL教学法在儿科实践教学中起积极作用,可提高实习生的学习兴趣和教学质量。 Objective:To study the effect of PBL combined with CBL and TBL teaching in clinical practice of pediatrics so as to improve the students'interest in learning and teaching quality.Methods:Eighty undergraduate students were andomly selected and divided into two groups,40in each group.The control group was treated simply with PBL teaching method;the experimental group with PBL combined with CBL,TBL teaching method.At the end of the pediatric internship,the two groups of students participated in theoretical and operational assessment to investigate teachers'assessment of interns and students'interest,enthusiasm and satisfaction with pediatric practice teaching.Results:The clinical operation performance of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The comprehensive evaluation of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The students in the experimental group had higher satisfaction with the clinical practice than those in the control group,and there was significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL combined with CBL and TBL can play a positive role in clinical practice of pediatrics and improve the interns'interest in learning and teaching quality.
