摘要
在分析传统无源滤波器设计的基础上,提出了基于分散型投切的优化方案,制作的PFC-2015控制器在原功率因数自动补偿控制器的基础上进行改进,增加了谐波测量功能。检测单元分别检测无功电流和谐波电流送入单片微机中进行识别比较,通过对谐波最大值与电容投入量的计算,选用能过零投切的电子复合开关作为执行元件,控制动作投切相应路数的电容电抗组件,从而使无源滤波器达到最合理的过滤谐波和无功功率补偿效果。
Based on the analysis of the traditional passive filter design,the optimization scheme based on decentralized switching was proposed.The PFC2015controller was improved on the basis of the original power factor automatic compensation controller,and the function of harmonic measurement was increased.The reactive current and the harmonic current are fed into the detection unit,then the single chip microcomputer was used to identify and compare.By calculating on the harmonic maximum and capacity of capacitor,electronic composite zero cross switch is selected as the actuator,the corresponding loop of capacitive reactance components are switched to use.So that the passive filter can achieve the most reasonable effect to filter harmonic and compensate reactive power.
