摘要
采用一种改进的移相全桥软开关零电压变换电路,分析了主电路、控制电路的工作原理,并研制了一台2.2kW的电力操作电源实验装置。实验结果表明,整个变换电路初、次级功率器件均能实现软开关,有效降低了变换电路的开关损耗,提高了系统的电磁兼容性能力,取得了满意的效果。
A 2.2kW power operating supply prototype has been designed based on a modified phase-shifted full-bridge zero-voltage-switching converter.The principles of the power stage, control system and protection circuits were discussed, and the design procedures together with methods for choosing parameters were introduced at the same time.As proved by experimental results, all power switches in the converter realized soft-switching, and that low switching losses together with EMC were acquired.The experiment proves the converter has got satisfying result.
