The characteristic and driving condition of IGBT are analyzed, and some demands of effective protection for IGBT are summarized. Take whole bridge exchange electric circuit of TEM 2 electromagnetic transmitters and GT60M302 IGBT for example, the optimizing configuration of driving parameters is studied in detail, and the driving parameters of the TEM 2 transmitters are given.
