摘要
从教育生态学视角出发,分析培养创新能力的必要性,从专业培养目标、创新氛围、实践教学管理与改革、教师素质等方面探讨如何培养高职食品类专业学生的创新能力,以期为高职院校培养具有创新精神和创新能力的高素质人才提供参考。
This paper analyzed the necessity to train the innovation ability from the perspective of educational ecology.From the aspects of professional training target,innovation atmosphere,practical teaching management and reform and the teachers'quality etc.,it discussed how to train the innovation ability of students majored in higher vocational food category specialty,so as to provide reference for training highly-competent talents with creative spirit and innovation ability in vocational college.
