摘要
施肥是葡萄生产过程中的重要环节之一,因其季节性强、劳动强度大,亟需实现机械化作业。研究设计一种葡萄开沟施肥机,介绍机具的总体方案与结构,阐述各主要部件的设计,并通过田间试验验证机具性能与作业效果。结果表明,该机具可以较好地满足葡萄开沟施肥的需求。
Fertilization is one of the important links in process of grape production.Because of the obvious seasonality and high labor intensity it is urgent to realize mechanized production.In this paper,a grape ditching fertilizer distributor was research designed.It introduced the general planning and structure of the machine,expounded the design of every main parts,and certified the performance and operating effectiveness by field experiment.The results showed that the machine can meet the need of grape ditching fertilization well.
