摘要 采用“轴向喂入、径向抛送”的原理研制而成新型悬挂式灌渠清淤机,实现了有护坡林木沟渠的机械化清淤,具有可进沟作业,不受沟渠护坡林木的影响,机动性好的优点,作业质量完全满足黄灌区排灌渠道清淤作业的质量要求。通过一次回归正交试验找出了影响土量分布范围的主次因素和最佳参数组合,为进一步研究清淤机理和机具提供了依据。 A new kind of hanging silt cleaner with excellent flexibility and satisfactory working properties for irrigation ditches in Yellow River has been developed based on the principle of feeding along axes and throwing away in parabola track, which, compared with traditional silt cleaners, can not only realize ditches clearing mechanization, but also protect the defending forest on the sides of the ditches. The major factors contributing to the distribution of the thrown silt and the best combination of the cleaner's structure parameters, which are the theoretical basis for further silt cleaner researching, were determined by primary orthogonal regression tests.
