摘要
目的:为改善大学生人际关系和降低大学生宿舍案发率提供理论依据和有效路径。方法:以书院混合制宿舍和传统分专业宿舍为研究对象,采用莫雷诺社会测量法对24间宿舍144名大学生进行测试和分析。结果:书院混合制宿舍的凝聚力指数、融合指数度及宿舍个人人际交往能力差异性平均值为0.66±0.15、1.49±0.22、0.11±0.06,比传统分专业宿舍分别高0.19、0.20、低0.11,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且总体上三者具有强的相关性(r>0.7,P<0.05),住宿模式因素对宿舍人际关系具有显著性影响(P<0.05),而宿舍个人人际交往能力、性别及年级因素对其无显著性影响(P>0.05)。结论 :书院混合制住宿可显著改善大学生宿舍人际关系,在一定程度下可降低大学生宿舍案发率。
Objective:To provide a theoretical basis and effective path for improving the interpersonal relationship and reducing the rate of college dormitory crime.Methods:144students from24mixed dormitory and traditional specialized dormitory were tested and analyzed by Moreno Social Measurement.Result:The academy mixed dormitory cohesion index,integration index and interpersonal skills difference of the average value is0.66±0.15,1.49±0.22,0.11±0.06,than the traditional dormitory increased by0.19,0.20,low of0.11,with significant difference(P<0.05),and the three have strong correlation(r>0.7,P<0.05),accommodation mode factors had significant effect on the interpersonal relationship(P<0.05),and dormitory interpersonal skills,personal factors of gender and grade of no significant effect(P>0.05).Conclusion:The academy mixed accommodation can significantly improve the interpersonal relationship of college students,to some extent,and also reduce the incidence rate of college students dormitory.
