摘要
目的:探讨阿立哌唑与喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的有效性及安全性。方法:收治精神分裂症患者70例,分为阿立哌唑组和喹硫平组,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组的治疗总有效率和治疗后PANSS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);阿立哌唑组不良反应发生率低于喹硫平组(P<0.05)。结论:阿立哌唑与喹硫平治疗精神分裂症的有效性相当,但阿立哌唑的治疗安全性更高。
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole and quetiapine in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods:70patients with schizophrenia were selected,and they were divided into the aripiprazole group and the quetiapine group.We compared the therapeutic effect between groups.Results:There were no significant differences between groups in the treatment efficiency and PANSS score after treatment(P>0.05).However,the incidence of adverse reactions in aripiprazole group was lower than that in quetiapine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Aripiprazole and quetiapine were effective in the treatment of schizophrenia,but aripiprazole was more safe.
